CASH POINT Cash machines are available on the ground floor. The service is provided by the venue and may charge for withdrawals.
CATERING The Nijinksy food court on the first floor and Reference Point located in the foyer will be serving food and drink all day and The Conduit Suite on the second floor will serve carvery style lunches. All catering is provided by the venue.
CHILDRENS AREA The show will stage a children's area, open to children aged 5-16 years. There will be a Colouring Activity & Layout quiz plus kits to make and take home with Doncaster Model Railway Club.
CHILDRENS STEP STOOLS Children can get a better view of the layouts by hiring a child's stool step for a returnable deposit of just £3. Visit the Information Point in the main entrance to hire a step stool (subject to availability).
CLOAKROOM Cloakroom facilities are provide for £1 each item.
DISABLED ACCESS There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition area all being situated on ground level.
DISABLED TICKET POLICY If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, free admission may be available for them when an adult ticket is purchased. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to the Organisers. Please send to: Exhibitions Department, Warners Group Publications, West Street, Bourne, Lincolnshire PE10 9PH or email [email protected] All documents must be received at least 7 days prior to the show. Confirmation of free carer admission will be emailed to you. The email must be printed and presented on arrival at the Day Visitor entrance for verification. Additional Adult ticket/s can be purchased either on arrival or in advance.
DOGS No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs.
FIRST AID The First Aid point can be found on the Ground Floor.  If you require first aid, please contact one of the Organisers, marshals or security staff or head to the Medical Room.
