| ADMISSION & PAYMENTS |
Adult: TBC Child: (5-16yrs) TBC Family: (2 adults, 3 children) TBC Booking closes at 8.30am on the day of the show. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL: Card payment preferred (VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY) VENUE: card payment only for all catering outlets. There are no cash machines onsite. TRADERS: will offer cash and/or card. This is the the responsibility/preference of the individual stand holder. |
| BUS SERVICE | Saturday and Sunday, the first bus leaves the bus station at the Frenchgate Interchange at 8.30am and the last bus leaves Doncaster Racecourse at 5.30pm. |
| CATERING |
The food court on the first floor will be serving food and drink. The Conduit Suite on the second floor will serve carvery-style lunches. All catering is provided by the venue. Payment is card only. No cash payments. |
| CHILDREN'S STOOLS | Children can get a better view of the layouts by hiring a child's stool for a returnable deposit of just £3. Visit the Information Point in the main entrance to hire a stool (subject to availability). |
| DISABLED ACCESS | There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition area all being situated on ground level or lifts to the first floor and catering areas. |
| DISABLED TICKET POLICY | We can offer a companion's ticket for visitors who require a full time companion. Supporting documents will need to be emailed to [email protected] and confirmation will be emailed prior to the event. |
| CASH POINT |
There are no cash machines on site. The venue now operates a cashless site. |
| MEDICAL ASSISTANCE | The medical room point can be found on the Ground Floor. If you require first aid, please contact one of the organisers, marshals, security staff or head to the Medical Room. |

| NO SMOKING | Doncaster Racecourse operates a No Smoking policy. This also includes e-cigarettes. |
| SHOWGUIDE |
A FREE showguide will be given to all visitors on arrival. Your ticket includes our ‘Special’ magazine worth £3.99: you get entry into the show and our special 64-page magazine. This is for both advanced ticket holders and those who pay on the day. Your showguide is inserted into this magazine. |
| DOGS |
No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs. |
