ADMISSION

Adult £16.00 (£15.00 in advance)

Child (5-16yrs) £8.00

Family £40.00

Children under 5 go free. 

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL: Card payment preferred (VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY)

VENUE: card payment only for all catering outlets.  

TRADERS: will offer cash and/or card.  This is the responsibility/preference of the individual stand holder.

BUS SERVICE

A FREE shuttle bus service will be running continuously on Saturday and Sunday between Alexandra Palace Station, Wood Green underground station and the venue. Last bus from the venue will be 5.15pm each day.

Exit the tube, the bus stop is just down the road opposite (Station Road). Bus W3 also runs from Northumberland Park to Finsbury Park station via Ally Pally.

CATERING There are a variety of food services situated around the perimeter of the Great Hall as well as a food area as shown in the official Show Guide. All catering is provided by the venue and they operate on a cashless basis only.
CHILDREN'S AREA The show will stage a Bachmann Kids' Zone, open to children aged 5-16 years. There will be kits and other activities throughout the weekend. We would like to thank Bachmann for its continued support in encouraging the next generation of railway modellers!
CHILDREN'S STEP STOOLS Children can get a better view of the layouts by hiring a child's stool step for a returnable deposit of just £3. Visit the Information Point in Palm Court to hire a step stool (subject to availability).
CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is provided by the venue and available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer). This service is provided by the venue and a charge of £2 per item will be applied.
DISABLED ACCESS There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition all on the ground floor. There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove Car park (250 yards' walk up a slight hill) and the East Car Park at the Ice Rink end of the building. A drop off point is available outside the Palm Court Entrance via the west slip road where staff will assist with directions.
COMPANION TICKET POLICY We can offer a companion's ticket for visitors who require a full time companion. Supporting documents will need to be emailed to [email protected] prior to the show and confirmation will be emailed prior to the event. 
DOGS No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs.
FIRST AID If you require first aid, please contact the medical centre situated adjacent to the marble vesitbule between the Great and West Halls or contact one of the Organisers who will contact them for you.

NO SMOKING Alexandra Palace operates a No Smoking policy including e-cigarettes.
SHOWGUIDE A showguide will be on sale in Palm Court at £1 per copy. It will contain a show plan, list of traders, exhibitors and information on layouts and demos. All pre-booked visitors will be given a free copy on arrival. Your ticket includes our ‘Special’ magazine worth £3.99: you get entry into the show and our special 64-page magazine. This is for both advanced ticket holders and those who pay on the day. Your showguide is inserted into this magazine.
