Bachmann's 009 Baldwin is already a well-regarded locomotive in standard form. We've had the chance to look and listen to the DCC sound version.
For a tiny locomotive, only 85mm long over the couplings, Bachmann has packed an awful lot inside this 4mm scale model.
All the Baldwins are supplied with a factory-fitted speaker, but the range has recently been expanded to include models fitted with a sound chip that operates on both DC and DCC.
Digital users have access to 28 functions offering a wide variety of sounds and headlight if fitted.
