Scalescenes releases new low-relief railway works kit

The latest customisable kit to join the Scalescenes range of model railway structures is a single road railway works. Purchasers can choose from a number of common brick textures to customise their model, before downloading and printing the kit to paper at home and gluing it to art quality card prior to assembly as per traditional card kits.

Scalescenes has said that simple sturdy construction allows easy extensions to increase the shed’s length and that it can be combined with its free (R002c) Inspection Pit kit.

Shown is the kit using the (TX02) Brown Brick texture.

The kit boasts detailed interior surfaces and roof trusses, a choice of timber or rolling doors, realistic grimy windows and skylights, a concrete hardstanding and a selection of signs and interior detailing, ideal for modellers of the present-day, too.

The manufacturer has said that easy-to-follow illustrated instructions are provided, while compatible etched windows are available separately from Brassmasters, if desired.
