Scalescenes releases barge kits

Scalescenes is offering modellers the opportunity to purchase its steel barge kit independently of its popular (LY02) Canal Wharf Boxfile Diorama. The separate kit includes a choice of two deck and hold colours, allowing modellers to assemble different variants, while construction is promised to be "simple and sturdy".

When assembled, kits create models with a space to hold minerals, scrap or general goods, and feature realistic rust and weathering. Kits are downloaded from its website and can be printed to your scale of choice at home, prior to assembly. Illustrated instructions are included with each model.
