A much-anticipated O gauge model, we had the chance this week to photograph and video the first engineering prototype of the 3MT at Dapol's headquarters.
Designer, Richard Webster, was very keen to show us, and you, this first sample. The detail is stunning, especially, around the pony trucks and the shape of the wheel spokes, something of a Lionheart speciality.
Remember, this is a sample, and as such will be subject to tweaks and improvements. Of course, it is a running model, so we grabbed a little video of it in action.
