2022 BRMAs launched – vote for your favourite model

Voting for the 2022 British Railway Modelling Awards is now open, until February 28, 2023. A BRMA title is something which many of the manufacturers and retailers hope to pick up each year as recognition from the wider modelling community for their efforts.

All manufacturers who have released a ready-to-run product between the January 1 and the December 31, 2022 are eligible and have the products, and themselves, added to the voting list in the relevant categories for locomotives or rolling stock.

This year, voting takes place slightly later, with a slimmed-down list of categories centred around products released, while the 'Exhibition of the Year' and 'Modeller of the year' categories are remove due to the absence of shows.

Although 2022 presented more difficulties for manufacturers with disrupted supply chains and increasing costs, we have seen great new model releases. When voting is complete we check the results and announce the awards at the London Festival of Railway Modelling at Alexandra Palace on March 18/19, where we hope to present the awards to the winners in person.

We will publish full results afterwards and you can see how many people voted for every entry making the BRMA the most transparent and valued of awards when the results are announced. There is only one vote permitted per person.
