The Great Model Railway Giveaway launches

We've run out of storage space for project layouts, and have lots of plans for the future, so it's time to free up some space.

At each of our shows this year, Doncaster, London and Bristol, we'll be giving away one of these layouts to the person who thinks they can develop them the best.

Our first giveaway is "The Art of Compromise", a 6ft long OO gauge branch line terminus. Howard and Phil refurbished the model a few years ago, but it will need the new owner to build a fiddle yard, some legs and wire the model up. Do this, and you will have a very nice little layout you could take to exhibitions.

We'll be staying in touch with the new owner, and hope to bring readers an update in a few months' time.
