Kernow Model Rail Centre has created a new Development Manager position within its team.
Effective from October 1, 2020, Graham Muspratt will oversee the research, development, and project management of the retailers commissions. Alongside this, PR, social media, website development and its exhibition presence will form a part of the role.
Chris Trerise, Managing Director of Kernow Model Rail Centre said: “We are delighted to have Graham as part of our team, he has already helped us in the background on a number of our model commissions in the past, so is already familiar with our projects.”
Chris continued: “Graham with his layouts and knowledge of the Southern Railway is already well known to many in the model railway fraternity, and will bring with him a wealth of experience and transferable skills from his previous roles in project and product management, engineering, marketing and sales within other industries. His appointment provides us with additional resource to develop and manage the wide range of our ongoing and planned projects.”
Commenting on his new role, Graham Muspratt added, "The current Covid 19 situation allowed me to think about my current work/life balance and I am looking forward to being able to combine my hobby with work. Having already assisted KMRC with some of its projects in the past I will be able to hit the ground running.”
