Dapol Autocoach decorated samples arrive

The design team is currently reviewing the samples and is overall very pleased with what they have seen thus far.

Four small corrections have been identified up until now: some of the No Smoking signs need to be re-located onto the correct window, the window bolections need to be painted mahogany on the GWR Twin City and the Shirt Button examples. The suffix W needs to be removed from the BR Maroon model. There is also a small adjustment required to enable the optional auto gear to be fitted to the model without fouling the bogie, this is already in hand.

Dapol anticipates these models to be in the shops sometime during the second quarter of 2025.
Seven variations of the model are to be produced and can be ordered DCC Ready (£80.00), DCC Fitted (£115.00), or DCC Sound Fitted (£195.00). 

Featuring working interior lights, sprung plastic buffers, a removable roof, moulded bogie frames with NEM profile wheels and a superbly detailed body with many separately added parts, the new coaches are available to pre-order now in the following liveries.
