Howard Smith discovers forthcoming BBA steel wagon adaptations from the manufacturer, first samples of which were revealed to the public at the show.
The London Festival of Railway Modelling held at Alexandra Palace last weekend was a mecca for enthusiasts, newcomers to the hobby of model railways, and many a family enjoying a day of entertainment in miniature.
It also afforded manufacturers an opportunity to display their latest models, or engineering prototypes and livery samples of forthcoming models. Howard Smith toured the show and spoke with manufacturers to discover more.
