The manufacturer provides an update on its new range of two-axle wagons, with images shared of its latest samples.
Accurascale has revealed decorated samples of its new PFA wagons, with the newly-tooled variety of nuclear flask containers. A range of decorated samples have been received from the factory for assessment which demonstrate the colourful variety the new loads will bring to a layout. Models are expected to arrive in stock later this year.
Apparent is the number of warning labels and panels, individually drawn with subtle differences between wagons, as per the prototypes. The high number of warning labels is understandable, given the cargo they carry, and really make the models pop.
Accurascale commented, "We are delighted to report that these models are on schedule and still on course for delivery in Q4 2021. These packs make for the perfect current and privatisation-era prototypical short train, with a great mix of heritage and latest traction that can be employed to provide power."
Five wagon packs are being manufactured which can be pre-ordered through your local stockist or its website, with a sixth, the 'Dragon' pack an Accurascale Exclusive, available only from Accurascale.
